A Journey of Creativity and Connection

Hi there! I’m Robbin Ciraulo! My journey into marketing and design has been full of creativity, curiosity, and a love for helping others succeed. Growing up as the child of a career army officer, I’ve lived all over the world – from the U.S. to Italy and Germany – so I’ve always valued the power of connection and the beauty of different perspectives.

After years of working in marketing and communications, I wanted to use my skills for something bigger – supporting non-profits that are making a real difference. That’s why I started Robbin Ciraulo, LLC. My passion is helping organizations share their stories in a way that truly resonates with the people they serve.

My Background

Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked in a range of marketing and development roles, honing my skills in creative strategy and communication. Some of my favorite projects include:

  • Hampton Roads Academy: I helped grow social media engagement by over 60%, and during peak times, it went up by 200%!
  • Virginia Workforce Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center: We increased program participation by over 150%, and I was honored to help us win the Hampton Roads Workforce Council Innovation Award.
  • Saint Mary Star of the Sea School: I led successful fundraising events and helped transition in-person events to virtual formats during the height of the pandemic, keeping the school’s mission thriving.
  • Mercy Housing: I supported efforts for affordable housing and worked on committees that shaped impactful projects.
